Banana and peanut butter frozen treats


This is a recipe for dairy free home made treats.


6 oz
tofu (cut up, or try silken tofu)
banana (cut into thick slices)
1⁄2 c
peanut butter (smooth, unsweetened peanut butter)
2 T
honey (generous ones, or one heaping tablespoon)


  1. Place tofu, banana slices, peanut butter and honey in the food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture onto a cookie sheet.
  3. Freeeze.
  4. Store frozen treats wrapped in foil until used.


Drop mixture into a pastry bag, insert your favorite decorating piede and make shapes: Sticks, circles, numbers or letters.
