This is a recipe for dairy free home made treats.
6 oztofu (cut up, or try silken tofu)
1banana (cut into thick slices)
1⁄2 cpeanut butter (smooth, unsweetened peanut butter)
2 Thoney (generous ones, or one heaping tablespoon)
- Place tofu, banana slices, peanut butter and honey in the food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of this mixture onto a cookie sheet.
- Store frozen treats wrapped in foil until used.
Drop mixture into a pastry bag, insert your favorite decorating piede and make shapes: Sticks, circles, numbers or letters.
