Ham and cheese pinwheels are great in place of a sandwich at lunchtime.
- Combine cream cheese with pickles, mustard and chives. Spread mixture on ham slices and roll them up.
- Wrap each rolled up slice in foil.
- Put rolls into fridge and and chill overnight or for at least 2 hours. Unwrap and slice.
Preparation time does not include chilling.
