Shells with grilled chicken and mozzarella


You can use other pasta shapes such as bow tie or plain ziti.


1 1⁄2 lb
chicken cutlets
8 oz
pasta shells (medium size)
1 pn
cherry tomatoes (halved)
4 oz
Mozzarella cheese (cut into 1/4 inch cubes)
1⁄2 c
parsley (fresh leaves, chopped)
1⁄4 c
Parmesan cheese (grated, plus some more for garnish)
2 T
salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper to your liking and grill until juices run clear and chicken is done. Cut grilled chicken into chunks.
  2. Boil water and cook noodles according to package directions. Drain pasta and return to pot.
  3. Add in the chicken, tomatoes, cheeses, parsley and butter. Toss to coat and distribute ingredients evenly.
