Sweet potato crisps


Sweet potato crisps are a great snack for a kids party.


sweet potatoes (large, peeled)
4 T
vegetable oil
salt (to taste)


  1. Preheat oven to 400º F (200º C)
  2. Slice the sweet potatoes with a vegetable peeler very thinly. Lightly oil a cookie sheet and arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer.
  3. Brush the slices with the vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes or until crunchy and crisp.
