A ham and cheese wrap, another great sandwich substitute for the lunch time blues.
1 clettuce (shredded)
1tomato (large, cut into wedges)
4 sliham (thin sliced, about 8 oz)
4 slicheese (American cheese)
1⁄2 cpotato chips (crumbled or crushed)
- Spread a thin layer of mayo on tortilla. Layer lettuce, tomato, ham and cheese on top of that.
- Top with crushed potato chips.
- Roll, fold, or tuck into any shape you like your tortilla for easy handling.
Use deli ham or leftovers from a roast.
