Children today still love this tasty lunch and with this recipe they can make it all on their own. Shredded cheese can be used in place of the cheese cubes and for a special treat add fish shaped crackers instead of the croutons.
- Pour the soup into a saucepan and place over medium heat.
- Simmer the soup for 15 minutes or until heated through stirring occasionally.
- Pour the soup into 2 mugs.
- Divide the croutons and cheese cubes between the two mugs.
