Vanilla dip

A sweet dip for fruit that everyone will enjoy but this recipe has less sugar. Serve this vanilla dip with fresh fruit cut into finger food size.

8 oz
cream cheese (organic, softened)
1⁄2 c
brown sugar (raw cane sugar, organic)
5 dr
vanilla extract (about 1 teaspoon)

  1. Mix cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl, by hand or with a hand blender.
  2. Chill for at least one hour.

This sweet cream cheese dip goes well with almost any type of fruit. The sweet vanilla flavor will cut the acidity of pineapple and tart apples, or make palatable not so ripe mango and pears. For young children, try better soft fruits such as bananas, strawberries, raspberries, or kiwi.
