Cucumber and tomato salad

A refreshing salad, ideal for lazy summer family dinners, a brunch, or buffet.

Ingredients

1 cucumber (medium size, peeled and sliced))
1 onion (thinly sliced)
2 t salt
2 T vinegar (white vinegar)
2 t sugar
8 tomato (cherry tomatoes, halved)
1 T water (cold)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then chill well before serving.

Notes
