The ultimate frito pie

A frito pie with meat, beans and the classic chili sauce, cheese and corn chips.


1 lb beef (extra lean ground beef)
1 pk seasoning (chili seasoning)
1 cn tomato (diced, 15 oz can)
1 cn beans (rinsed and drained, red kidney beans, 15 oz can)
1 pk corn chips (large bag, 7 oz)
1 c cheese (shredded, Monterrey Jack cheese)
1⁄2 c sour cream


Brown ground beef, drain as usual and return to pan. Add chili seasoning, tomatoes, and kidney beans stirring well. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
