Tomato grilled cheese cups

Can you remember eating grilled cheese and tomato soup when you were a child? It just says comfort and warmth doesn't it. Children today still love this tasty lunch or light supper and with this recipe they can make it all on their own. Shredded cheese can be used in place of the cheese cubes and for a special treat add fish shaped crackers instead of the croutons.

Ingredients

1 cn soup (tomato soup, 10.5 oz can)
1 c bread (croutons)
2 pk cheese (Cheddar cheese, individual bags or cubes, about 1.5 oz ecah)

Instructions

Pour the soup into a saucepan and place over medium heat.

Simmer the soup for 10-15 minutes or until heated through stirring occasionally.

Pour the soup into 2 mugs.

Divide the croutons and cheese cubes between the two mugs.
