A tasty snack at any time, but it is good for parties.
Reserve 1 slice of bologna and spread cream cheese on top of the remaining 3.
Stack one slices one on top of the other, cream cheese side up.
Top with the reserved slice.
Cut into 8 wedges.
Hold each wedge with a cocktail stick.
Eat straight or chill in the refrigerator.
Take the cream cheese out of the refrigerator a few minutes before cooking, or warm in the microwave, as spreading is easier when the cheese is at room temperature.
Children can spread cream cheese and stack the slices one on top of the other.
