Bring the sugar and honey to a boil in 2 quart saucepan. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter until blended.
Pour in the cheerios and peanuts. Mix until well coated.
Spread into a buttered 9 x 13 pan and allow to cool.
Cut into squares.
