Low fat blueberry ice lollies

A delicious and healthy treat for children.

Ingredients

4 c blueberry (fresh and washed)
1⁄3 c sugar (fine sugar)
1 c yogurt (plain yogurt)

Instructions

Place blueberries in a bowl and crush with a potato masher. Add the sugar and combine well. Stir in the yogurt and mix until well combined.

Pour mixture into 8 Popsicle molds and put into the freezer.

Notes

You can use frozen blueberries, chopping them in a blender that can process ice cubes.

Try this with other soft fruits, such as raspberries and strawberries.
